At D.Franklin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
